01. 1. This is an application for dispensing with filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The I.A. is disposed of. I.A. No.726 of 2022

3. As far as the delay is concerned, it appears that the delay occurred during the period of Covid-19.

4. In that view of the matter, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The I.A. is disposed of.

5. Notice be served on the Respondents through learned counsel appearing for them before the learned Single Judge, making it returnable before the next date.
