01. I.A. No.197 of 2022

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This application filed in the proceeding for exemption of filing of the certified copy of the order, is taken on record.

3. The appellant by filing this interlocutory application seeks exemption from filing of the certified copy as per Rules as the certified copy has been filed in MATA No.164 of 2022, which appeal also arises out of the said common judgment, which is under challenge in this appeal.

4. We do not find any impediment in providing the exemption. Accordingly, the defect as identified in this regard stands removed.

MATA No.165 of 2022

1. Heard Mr. A.S. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

2. Admit.

3. Call for the LCRs, scanned or photocopies.

4. Issue notice. Notice is made returnable on 4th November, 2022. Steps for service of notice on the respondent by Registered Post with A.D. be taken within three days from today.

5. This appeal shall be listed in future along with MATA No.164 of 2022.

6. Registry is to complete the S.R. exercise. If there are any defects, immediately the appellant should be notified for removing the defects. The appellant shall have the obligation to remove the defects without any delay.

7. Mr. A.S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the appellant has further submitted that by inadvertence, one page of Annexure-2 has been omitted. He prays leave for placing that missing page with the record.

8. Leave is granted to place the said page in the Court itself.
