2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service with effect from 23.11.1998 and sanction the differential salary for the period from 31.10.2007 till today in his favour and further to pay minimum scale of pay from 23.11.1995 to 22.11.1998 as per the direction of the Tribunal in T.A. No.56(C)/1993 dated 23.11.1995.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Anil Kumar Bal v. State of Odisha and another, (WPC (OAC) No. 712 of 2014 disposed of on 07.09.2022). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid judgment.
5. In view of the above submission, as agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 07.09.2022 passed by this Court in the case of Anil Kumar Bal (supra).
6. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
