ORDER
19.10.2022 Order No.
06. 1. From the impugned order dated 31st August 2017, passed by the learned Single Judge, it is plain that what was challenged in W.P.(C) No.15042 of 2017 by the present Appellants was an order of dated 13th January 2017, passed by the Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur in Revision Case No.1485 of 2012. This was plainly an exercise of jurisdiction by the learned Single Judge under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
2. As is the present writ appeal is not maintainable in view of the Judgment of the Supreme Court in Life Insurance Corporation of India v. Nandini J. Shah (2018) 15 SCC 356.
3. Leaving it open to the Appellants to seek other appropriate remedies in accordance with law the present writ appeal is dismissed.
