3. Since learned Counsel for the State accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No.1, one extra copy of the Memorandum of Appeal be served on him within the said period.

4. On filing of requisites, Office is directed to issue notice to the Respondent Nos. 2 & 3, fixing a short returnable date.

5. Office is further directed to keep on record the Tracking Report before the next date of listing.

6. Matter be listed immediately after service of notice on the Respondent Nos.2 & 3, under the heading "For Admission".
