         4.        1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Mr. Parija, learned counsel for Opposite Party Nos.1 to 5 submits that CS No.270 of 2015, out of which this CMP arises, has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 4th March, 2022 of learned Civil Judge, Jajpur. He files a copy of such judgment in Court, which is taken on record.

3. In that view of the matter the CMP has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.

4. Interim order dated 23rd October, 2019 passed in I.A. No.1139 of 2019 stands vacated.
