04. 1. The matter has been listed today in view of the Judgment dated 19th May 2022 of the Supreme Court of India in SLP(C) No.5306 of 2022 (M/s. Shree Vishnu Constructions vs. The Engineer in Chief, Military Engineering Service and others) requiring all applications under Section 11(5) and 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 to be disposed of within a period of six months from that date.

2. In view of the stay order granted by the Supreme Court of India in SLP(C) No.29310 of 2019 (Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. v. M/s. A.P. Construction), on 13th August 2021, the petition was adjourned sine a die with liberty to the parties to mention it for listing after the disposal of the aforementioned SLP.

3. In that view of the matter, list on 2nd September, 2022.
