05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. It has been reported by the Registry that this appeal lie before the Court of the District Judge, in view of the fact that the decree which has been challenged in this appeal passed by the Civil Judge, Sr. Division under Section 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act for passing that judgment in MAT Case No.23 of 2015.
3. Be that as it may there is no representation from the appellant, accordingly this appeal dismissed for non-prosecution. However, this dismissal would not create a bar for the appellant to approach the appropriate forum.
