4 1. The Petitioner-Appellant is in custody since 6th December, 2021. He was on bail during trial and was taken to custody after pronouncement of the impugned judgment.
2. Having regard to the nature of accusations and in particular, the evidence of the victim, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner-Appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the convicting Court in G.R. Case No.63/2014(T.R. No.22 of 2021-FTSC) including the condition that he shall not misuse the liberty granted to him.
