2. At the request of Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the opposite party no.1, let the matter be listed on 06.01.2023 along with W.P.(C) Nos. 16496, 16497, 16882, 16883, 16884, 16885, 16886, 16887, 16888, 16890, 16891, 16893, 16894, 16895, 16897 and 16898 of 2022. Meanwhile, the opposite party no.1 may file the counter affidavit.

3. It is made evidently clear that no further opportunity will be provided to opposite party no.1 or other opposite parties for filing the counter affidavit as we have noticed that the similar issues have been decided by this court by the judgments at Annexures 3 and 4 to the writ petition.
