3. In view of the above, the I.A. is disposed of. I.A.Nos.787 & 786 of 2022

4. The Cross Objectors being the claimants are exempted from payment of Court fees.

5. Filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment is dispensed with since the same is available in the appeal.

6. Both the I.As. are disposed of. MACA No.638 of 2020
