 04.       1.     This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.

2. It is contended that the learned Single Judge by entertaining the application and setting aside the award has illegally ignored the condition of pre-deposit provided under Section 19 of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006, thereby rendering the judgment liable to be set aside.

3. Issue notice for 18th November, 2022 to the Respondent by speed post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date. Requisites be filed within a week.
