01. 1. Heard Mr. J. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

2. The Petitioner is the accused in G.R. Case No.148 of 2016 in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Digapahandi, Ganjam. He was allowed to be released on bail pending trial. But on the date of pronouncement of the judgment, i.e. on 15.12.2021 since he was absent, the NBW of arrest was issued against him.

3. I do not find any infirmity in the impugned order dated 15.12.2021 warranting any interference. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the learned J.M.F.C., Digapahandi on or before 5th May, 2022 and till then, the execution of NBW issued pursuant to the order dated 15.12.2021 shall be kept in abeyance.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the CRLMC is disposed of.

5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
