Order No. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This review petition has been filed by the State challenging the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in O.A. No. 2132 (C) of 2012. As such, this review application has been filed on 03.01.2018, i.e., after lapse of six months. Thereby, there is a gross delay in filing of review application.

3. In view of the judgment of this Court in State of Odisha and another v. Smt. Bishnupriya Routray and another (F.A.O. No.86 of 2013, disposed of on 22.04.2014), this Court is not inclined to entertain this review application, accordingly, the same stands dismissed.
