Order No. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved is covered by the ratio decided in School Managing Committee of Amaramunda Govt. Primary School, Amarmunda v. State of Odisha & Others ) and batch, reported in 2021 (II) OLR 1.

4. Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the detailed judgment passed in School Managing Committee of Amaramunda Govt. Primary School, Amarmunda (supra) and batch, this writ petition is allowed.

5. Since the Notification No.5465 dated 11.03.2020 and subsequent Office Memorandum No.5538 dated 11.03.2020 as well as corrigendum dated 14.12.2020 have been quashed, the opposite parties are directed to restore

back the position of the school in question, as before, and provide necessary infrastructure for smooth running of the same.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
