Vs.
State of Odisha & Ors. ..... Opposite parties

CORAM:
DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI
ORDER
29.11.2021
Order No. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mrs. S. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate.
3. Since the maintainability of the writ petition at the behest of the association is under consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner will cite the judgments of the apex Court. Though she has placed the judgment of the Calcutta High Court, the same is contrary view of the apex court. Therefore, she seeks time to satisfy this Court on the question of maintainability of the writ petition. She insisted this Court to pass interim order, to which this Court is not inclined to pass order, when batch of matters are pending for consideration.
4. Put up this matter after two weeks along with W.P.(C) Nos.2141 of 2021 and 33559 of 2021.
