01. 1. This is an application for dispensing with filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that she has already filed the certified copy of the impugned judgment in the connected MACA No.370 of 2021.

3. In view of the same, the filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment in the present appeal is dispensed with.

4. I.A. is disposed of.

5. The statutory amount deposited shall be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank by the Registry from time to time.

6. List this matter on 15th March, 2022 along with MACA No.370 of 2021.
