Order No. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 01 2. Ms. S. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.K. Khatei, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that though the order of the tribunal has been confirmed by this Court, th same has not been complied with.

3. Mr. N.K. Praharaj, learned Standing Counsel for the State contends that although the order of tribunal was confirmed by this Court, the same was appealed before the apex Court in SLP, wherein the judgment of the tribunal has been stayed.

4. In view of such submission, the contempt petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file fresh contempt petition after disposal of the SLP.
