Order No. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 01 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that grievance of the petitioner is covered by the ratio decided in Sunil Barik v. State of Orissa, 2021 (II) OLR 464 and therefore the writ petition may be disposed of directing the authority concerned to consider the grievance of the petitioner keeping in view the said judgment.
4. In view of such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner files a fresh comprehensive representation before the authority concerned within two weeks hence, the said authority shall consider and dispose of the same, keeping in view the judgment of this Court in Sunil Barik v. State of Orissa, 2021 (II) OLR 464, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
