                                             ORDER

09.11.2021 Order No.

4. 1. The present second appeal is concerning the final decree proceeding in a suit for partition.

2. The Appellant is the plaintiff.

3. Perusal of the impugned judgment of the First Appellate Court does not reveal any infirmity to be interfered with as it has rightly held that the Plaintiff had no legal remedy to challenge the acceptance order of the report of Amin Commissioner after the same was confirmed in the earlier appeal and as such is barred by the principles of res-judicata.

4. The appeal is dismissed.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
