Upon hearing Mr. A.R. Dash, learned counsel for the Appellant and on going through the judgments passed by the courts below as also the development in other suit as pointed out in order to make an endeavour for disposal of this Appeal at the stage of admission hearing; this Court feels inclined to issue notice to the Respondents by registered post with A.D.. Steps be taken by Wednesday (10.11.2021). In that event noticed be issued, fixing a short returnable date.
