I.A.No.321 of 2018
2 01.03.2021 Heard learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass
Education Department and Sri A.P.Bose, learned counsel
appearing for the sole opposite party.
This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay
in filing the review petition.
Only explanation is coming for consideration that the file is
moving from table to table and ultimately there is delay in taking
approval in filing the review petition for being considered at
different level. However, keeping in view the challenge to the
impugned judgment herein, inordinate delay in filing the review
application and hearing the objection of Sri Bose, learned
counsel appearing for the opposite party, this Court condones the
delay in filing the review petition subject to however payment of
cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) to be paid to the
opposite party within a period of two weeks hence. On payment
of cost, copy of the review petition be served on Sri Bose,
learned counsel appearing for the opposite party.
The I.A. stands disposed of.
