02. 1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions states that he wishes to withdraw the Original Application No.396 of 2019 pending before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal (OAT), Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar with liberty to file a better application.

3. Accordingly, the aforementioned O.A. No.396 of 2019, which stands transferred to this Court by virtue of the judgment dated 7th June 2021, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13789 of 2019, is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
