26.   04.01.2021               The matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
                               Heard.
                               This is an application for modification of the judgment
                   passed on 16.12.2020 in Criminal Appeal No.73 of 2001. It
                   appears that some clerical/typographical errors have crept into
                   paragraph-1 and paragraph-8 of the aforesaid judgment.
                               Mr. K. Sattar, learned counsel was appearing on
                   behalf of the Senior Advocate Mr. S.D. Das. However, it has been
                   mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 8 of the aforesaid judgment that
                   the learned counsel Mr. Katar has argued on behalf of the
                   appellant. It also appears that in the 5th line of paragraph-8,
                   "P.W.5" has been incorrectly typed as "P.W.4". Hence, the I.A. is
                   allowed.
                               In the 1st line of paragraph-1 and the 2nd line of
                   paragraph-8 of the judgment dated 16.12.2020, the word "Katar"
                   be deleted. In its place, the word "Sattar" be substituted. In the 5th
                   line of paragraph-8, in place of figure "4", the figure "5" be
                   substituted. Accordingly, necessary corrections are made in the
                   aforesaid judgment.
                               The I.A. is disposed of.
                               As restrictions are continuing for COVID-19, learned
                   counsel for the parties may utilize the soft copy of this order
                   available in the High Court's website or print out thereof at par
                   with certified copies in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice
                   No.4587, dated 25.03.2020.
