2. Heard Mr. S. Routray, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition to quash the advertisement No.19/2021-22 under Annexure-5 and they further seek direction to opposite parties no.1 and 3 to make necessary corrigendum to advertisement No.19/2021-22 under annexure-5 by giving due weightage of marks to them for the service rendered by them against the post of Assistant Professor as has been given in previous advertisements under Annexure-7 and further seek direction to the opposite parties to fill up the posts of Assistant Professors in terms of the Odisha Medical Service (Method of Recruitment and condition of Service) Rules 2013 under Annexure-1 keeping in view the judgment passed by the apex Court in C.A. No.6157-6158 of 2015 arising out of SLP (C) No.17074-17075 of 2015 disposed of on 10.08.2015 under Annexure-8.

4. Issue notice to the opposite parties both in main case and interlocutory

5. Let Two extra copies of the writ petition be served within three days on learned Additional Government Advocate, as he appears for opposite parties no.1 and 2 to enable him to obtain instructions or file counter affidavit.

6. Requisites for issuance of notice to opposite party no.3 by speed post shall be filed within three days. Office shall send notice to the said opposite party fixing a short returnable date.

7. Put up this matter connecting with W.P.(C) No.37985 of 2021.
