03. In view of the judgment of this Court dated 26th October, 2021 passed in W.A. No.367 of 2021 (State of Odisha v. Yagyansis Ray), the order dated 31st August, 2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.26022 of 2021 is set aside. The writ appeal is allowed, but in the circumstances, with no order as to costs.
