submits, relief sought by his client is covered by judgment dated 21st October, 2019 of a Division Bench of this Court in Santosh Kumar Nanda v. Odisha State Housing Board and others. He also relies on order dated 15th November, 2021 passed by this Bench.

2. Mr. Das, demonstrates that service was duly made. None appears on behalf of Odisha State Housing Board.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as covered by order dated 15th November, 2021. Directions made therein, will accordingly apply to this writ petition.
