2. Heard Mr. S.K. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State opposite parties.
3. Mr. S.K. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment is fully covered by the judgment dated 05.07.2017 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 9036 of 2016 (Bibhuti Bhusan Patnaik v. State of Odisha & Ors.), to which Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Addl. Government Advocate has no objection.
4. Considering such contention, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 05.07.2017 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 9036 of 2016 (Bibhuti Bhusan Patnaik v. State of Odisha & Ors.). Therefore, while quashing Annexure-
10, the matter is remitted back to the authority concerned for reconsideration of the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
