Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is submitted by Mr. B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department that he is having a copy of the writ petition. Accordingly the defect no.6, as pointed out by the Registry has been complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners prays for a direction to O.P. No.1 for consideration of his case in the light of Ritanjali Giri @ Paul reported in 2016(I) ILR 1162 and the judgment dated 28.09.2021 in W.P.(C) No.23312 of 2020 (Prasanta Kumar Mohapatra and others v State of Odisha and others) (Annexure-4).
Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and the limited nature of // 2 //
grievance raised in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the following order :
The petitioners, if so advised, shall make a fresh representation before the appropriate authority enclosing the copies of the earlier representations, if any, along with any other documents sought to be relied upon by the petitioner. The appropriate authority on receipt of such representation, along with the certified copy of the order passed by this Court, shall do well to consider and dispose of the representation(s) in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order passed by this Court along with copy of the representation(s) and other documents.
The appropriate authority shall communicate the petitioners the order that would be passed/decision that would be rendered within two weeks thereof.
The petitioners shall have the liberty to take appropriate follow up action, as would be available under law, pursuant to the order to be passed by the authority.

However, it is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case in any manner whatsoever.
