Mr. R. Gurung, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that no report is forthcoming as far as respondent No. 5 is concerned in MC(WA) No. 27 of 2023. It is prayed that fresh steps may be allowed to be taken for issuance of notice upon the said respondent. On prayer made, the same is allowed. Accordingly, let steps be taken for service of notice

upon the respondent No. 5, the same returnable within 2(two) weeks.

It is also submitted that as far as the other related and connected applications are concerned, all the respondents therein have been served and have received respective notices, however, only the respondent Nos. 1- 4 are represented today through Ms. I. Lyngwa, learned GA.

As submitted by the learned counsels, the matters are connected and related to a common judgment, therefore, it would be proper for all the respondents to be in attendance before the entire matter is taken up.

As prayed for, list this matter after 2(two) weeks.
