1. This is an application for correction of typographical errors

appearing at Para-3 of the Judgment and Order dated 21.06.2022 passed

by this Court in MC (FA) No. 3 of 2022, wherein it has been stated that

the decreetal amount should read as Rs. 6,62,33,014.50p instead of Rs.

6,21,35,565/-, and the difference in the decreetal amount will therefore

amount to Rs. 20,48,724.25p.

2. Mr. S. Sen, learned Sr. GA for the State respondents has no

objections. Accordingly, the amount appearing in the Judgment and

Order dated 21.06.2022 at Para-3, shall stand corrected to read as Rs.

6,62,33,014.50p, instead of Rs. 6,21,35,565/-

3. It is expected that the difference in the decreetal amount of

Rs. 20,48,724.25p will be deposited as early as possible preferably

within a period of 2(two) months.

4. Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
