Sheikh, learned counsel for the respondent is present and has submitted that this matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat which was held on 13.08.2022. Accordingly, nothing remains to be agitated by the parties in this regard and that necessary order may be passed by this Court.

On consideration of the submission made, this Court is led to the order passed before the Lok Adalat wherein, the matter has been settled amicably on the terms and conditions settled therein.

Accordingly, nothing remains in this appeal. The same is hereby dismissed as settled.
