Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Julekha Khan, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and Mr. Th. Vashum, learned GA appeared for the respondents.

The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner might have retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation during the pendency of this writ petition and as such, the learned senior counsel prays for taking up this matter day after tomorrow, i.e., on 02-04-2026 so as to enable him to get instruction.

As prayed for by the learned senior counsel, list this case again on 02-04-2026.
