BEFORE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. M. SUNDAR (ORDER) 20.03.2026

Ms. Y. Ibemsana, learned counsel for revision petitioner and Mr.

Mayongkui Ngalung, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are

before this Court.

2. This Court is informed that respondent No. 4 has since been

served but respondent No.4(R4) and R4 does not appear to have chosen to

enter appearance through counsel.

3. Registry to show the name of respondent No.4 in the cause list

in the next listing. Registry to also to verify if any Vakalatnama has been

filed on behalf of R4 and if that be so, let the name of the counsel for R4

be shown in the cause list in the next listing.

4. Be that as it may, afore-referred both counsel before this Court

submit that captioned matter was referred to mediation but mediation was

unsuccessful and they also submit that R4 was before this Court when the

matter was referred to mediation.

5. Interim order of Status-Quo granted by Hon'ble Predecessor

Bench on 04.06.2025 is resuscitated, extended and same shall continue until

further order.

6. List on 28.04.2026.
