Heard Mr. LN Ngamba, learned counsel appearing for the applicants/ appellants and Mr. RK Birla, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent.

The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing the applicants/ appellants to file the enclosed replication in response to the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the sole respondent in connection with MC(RSA) No. 20 of 2025.

Mr. RK Birla, learned counsel appearing for the sole respondent fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

In view of the submission made by the counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this court find sufficient ground for allowing the present application. Accordingly, the present application is allowed.
