Mr.S.Gunabanta, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4, Mr.Somorendro Roy, learned Jr.GA accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.5 and 6 and Ms Maria, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.10, Mr.Sanatomba, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.14 and 16.

In all the three Misc Applications, rest of the unserved respondents may be served through learned counsel appearing in the connected matters or by dasti.

Mr.Kh.Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel for respondent No.6 in WP(C) No.110 of 2026 submits that due to interim order dated 17.2.2026 passed in WP(C) No.110 of 2026, some of the eligible persons are not to be considered in the proposed promotion to higher post. It is submitted that right of some of the private respondents may be protected.

Mr.S.Biswajit, learned senior counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) No.854 of 2024 submits that interim order dated17.2.2026 passed in WP(C) No.110 of 2026 affects the right of the petitioners from considering in the proposed promotion process.

Mr.H.Debendra, learned Dy.A.G, submits that if the whole proceedings of the DPC is stayed, right of the other eligible persons who are not in the present case and whose seniority list is not disputed will be affected.

Considering the submission made at the Bar, it is clarified that if there is any proceeding for promotion on the basis of the impugned final seniority list dated 4.2.2026, result of the DPC shall not be declared without leave of the Court.

This order is in continuation and addition to earlier interim order dated 17.2.2026 passed in WP(C) No.110 of 2026.
