The present application has been filed with a prayer for preponing the hearing of the connected writ petition on the ground that the issue raised in the present petition is squarely covered by a judgment dated 16.10.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 104 of 2024.

In view of the above, Registry is directed to list the aforesaid writ petition on 19-02-2026.
