This matter has been listed for referral to Special

Mediation Drive, Mediation 'for the Nation 2.0'.

Ms. Zingxhonphy Zimik, learned counsel appeared on

behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA

appeared on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3, none

appeared on behalf of the respondent no. 4.

It has been submitted at the Bar by the learned

counsel appearing for the parties that there is an element of an

amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties through

Mediation proceeding. However, the learned counsel for the

petitioners further submitted that as the petitioners will have

certain difficulties to physically present during the mediation

proceeding scheduled to be held at Imphal, the petitioners may

be allowed to join the mediation proceeding through VC platform.

Page 1 In view of the submission made by the learned

counsel appearing for the parties, Registry is directed to referred

this matter to the Mediation Centre, High Court of Manipur for

exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute

between the parties.

The petitioners, the respondent no. 2 or any officer

authorized by him in writing who can settle the issue are to be

present before the appointed Mediator either through VC platform

or physically on 30.04.2026 at 1:30 pm.

The Secretary, High Court Legal Service Committee is

requested to arrange for facilitating the mediation proceeding

through VC platform.

A copy of this order be furnished to both the counsel

appearing for the parties through their Whatsapp/E-mail for doing

the needful.
