BEFORE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.GUNESHWAR SHARMA 15.4.2026 Present Ms.Monomala, leraned Government Advocate on behalf of the State respondents, Mr.H.S.Paonam, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.S.Gunabanta, and Mr.N.Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms.Jinita, learned counsel, Ms.Gitarani, learned counsel and Mr.Kunjaraj, for some of the private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner has been duly informed by learned counsel for the respondents.

It is pointed out that WP(C) No.619 of 2025 is connected with WP(C) No.808 of 2025 and latter was disposed of by learned single Judge of this Court vide order dated 9.2.2026. Vide order dated 11.3.2026, in WA No.9 of 2026, Division Bench, comprising of (Hon'ble Chief Justice M.Sundar and Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.Guneshwar Sharma) stayed the direction passed by learned single Judge in WP(C) No.808 of 2025 with the observation that WP(C) No.619 of 2025 ought to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

Since this Court (Justice A.Guneshwar Sharma) was a member of the Division Bench in order dated 11.3.2026 staying order dated 9.2.2026 in WP(C) No.808 of 2025, it would not be proper for this Court to hear WP(C) No.619 of 2025 and connected matters on merit.

In the circumstance, registry is directed to place this matter before the Hon'ble Chief Justice on the administrative side for passing appropriate order for listing before appropriate Bench.
