Mr. Boboy Potsangbam, learned CGSC appearing for the

respondent nos. 1 & 2 seek 2(two) weeks time for filing counter

affidavit.

On the other hand Mr. M. Gunedhor, learned counsel

appearing for the respondent nos. 4 & 5 submitted that against the

judgment and order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal

(C) No. 9694 of 2025 the authorities have filed a Review Petition

having Diary No. 13271/2025 and the Hon'ble Court has passed an

order for hearing the said review in open Court. The learned counsel

accordingly seeks 2(two) weeks' time to filing an affidavit on behalf of

the said respondent nos. 4 & 5.

Page 1 Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the

petitioner submitted that may be the last chance for respondents for

filing counter affidavit.

In view of the submission made above, let this case be

listed again on 16.10.2025.
