I have heard at length the submission advanced by Mr. H.S. Paonam, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned senior counsel submitted the distinguishing point in relation to the cited case laws submitted on behalf of the respondent No. 1. The learned senior counsel, however, submitted that he will furnish the relevant paras of the judgment only.

On the other hand, Mrs. L. Ayangleima, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 seeks one day time to submit a written chart distinguishing the case laws cited on behalf of the petitioner and also to permit her to submit some points with regard to the distinguishing point of the judgments.

As prayed for by the learned counsel, list these cases again on 18-09-2025 on top of the list.
