24-02-2025 Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents submitted that the judgment dated 18-11-2024 passed by the full bench of this court relied on by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has been challenged by the State Government by filing an SLP and that the SLP will be coming up very soon. The learned GA, accordingly, prays for taking up this matter after some time.

Mr. Th. Ibohal, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has no objection.
