05-01-2023 Heard Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. A. Rommel, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. O. Ratankumar, learned counsel for all the respondents.

The present application has been filed with a prayer for dispensing with the filing of the impugned judgment and order dated 19- 12-2022 passed in WP(C)No. 162 of 2020 and WP(C)No. 123 of 2022 for the time being with liberty to the applicant to file certified copy as soon as the certified copy is obtained.

Mr. O. Ratankumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

In view of the submission made above and on perusal of the records, this Court finds reasonable grounds for allowing the present application.

Accordingly the present application is allowed.

Misc. case stands disposed of.
