16.11.2022 Heard Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Rendy, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Issue notice returnable within three weeks. Mr. A. Vashum, learned GA enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents, hence, no formal notice is called for.

It is submitted by the learned senior counsel that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment and Order dated 22-11-2022 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 73 of 2019 and WP(C) No. 26 of 2018 and that the present writ petition can be disposed of by granting similar relief.

Mr. A. Vashum, learned GA submitted that he needs to examine and verify the submission made by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners.

As prayed for, list this case again on 13-12-2022.
