HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. SANJAY KUMAR
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.V. MURALIDARAN
ORDER
29-03-2022 Sanjay Kumar (C.J.),
Though Mr. Ng. Somorjit, learned counsel, appearing for the
appellant, would state that this matter requires to be remanded, we do not
find any illegality as such in the judgment under appeal warranting such a
course of action.
Learned counsel, however, seeks time to produce documents in proof
of his statement that the lenders are still filing suits/complaints against the
husband also, for recovery of the amounts allegedly lent to the wife.
Post on 20-04-2022.
A copy of this order shall be supplied online or through Whatsapp to
the learned counsel for the parties.
