[1] Heard Mr. Kh. Lupenjit, learned counsel for the petitioner

and Mr. Y. Paikhomba, learned junior counsel to Mr. Kh. Samarjit,

learned ASG for the respondents.

[2] Mr. Paikhomba, learned junior counsel to Mr. Kh. Samarjit,

learned ASG for the respondents produced a copy of the order dated

05.08.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in WA No. 54 of 2022

and MC(WA) No. 106 of 2022 in which the Hon'ble Division Bench

stayed the operation of the judgment and order dated 31.01.2020

passed in WP(C) No. 366 of 2017 till the next date of hearing.

[3] Therefore, post this matter after 3 (three) months.

after the disposal of the writ appeal in WA No. 54 of 2022.
