Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submitted that similar issue raised in the present writ petition had been

decided by a Division Bench of this Hon'ble High Court and that the judgment

and order rendered by the Division Bench of this Court will cover the issue

raised in the present writ petition.

The learned counsel accordingly made a prayer for taking up this

matter on 05.08.2022 so as to enable him to place before this Court the said

judgment and order passed by the Division Bench.

Prayer is allowed.

List this case again on 05.08.2022.
