                     PRAYER :-

                            This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition
                     directing him to execute a bond of a sum of Rs. 25,000/- along with two
                     sureties (both Sureties are must be blood sureties and also both sureties
                     are must be petitioner's own locality) made in Cr.M.P. No. 169 of 2026
                     dated 04.02.2026 by the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and
                     Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai in Cr.No.529 of 2025 on
                     the file of the respondent police.

                                                               ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the

condition imposed in Cr.M.P. No. 169 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026 passed

by the Principal Special Court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic

Substances Act Cases, Madurai.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the rival submissions made by either side, the

condition imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court

for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Cases, Madurai in

Cr.M.P. No. 169 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026 is modified to the effect that

● the petitioner has to produce the sureties from his own locality;

● the other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact.
