                                                        ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.)

The Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings

against the 1st and 2nd respondent for non-implementation of the order dated

03.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.16002 of 2020.

2. It is informed before this Court that a Special Leave Petition has been

filed against the judgment passed in the writ petition dated 03.07.2024 and the

Hon’ble Supreme Court by order dated 27.10.2025, in SLP.(Civil) Diary

No(s).54187 of 2025, had passed the following order:

“1.Delay condoned subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- payable to

the Supreme Court Advocates on Record Welfare Fund within a

period of two weeks.

2. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.

3. In the meantime, the effect and operation of the impugned

order dated 03.07.2024 passed by the High Court of Judicature at

Madras, shall remain stayed.”
