                BNSS, 2023, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in PRC.No.51
                of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Tindivanam, and quash
                the same and pass such further or other orders.

                                                          ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this

petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he seeks to

dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners before the learned

Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is

dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous

petition is closed.

3. The personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is

dispensed with for the present, except for receipt of copies, answering the

charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C., passing of judgment, or any

other date as may be required by the trial Court.
